When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email or SMS.

How long does shipping take? 

In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours. Special orders and custom items will require more time to ship. 


Delivery times vary by location and shipping method chosen. Delivery time starts from the next full business day after the order leaves our warehouse.

What is your returns policy? 

All items purchased on line through are returnable if there is manufacture faults. We will issue you a credit note (CN) for your next purchase with the similar pricing. If next purchase is higher price value, top-up is necessary and if next purchase value is lower will not be refund. 


Do you returns/refund?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please send us an email with defective product picture at and send your defective item to:

The exchange process needed to inform us within a day after product receives from courier service.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
